Hose clamps are flat steel accessories with round goat necks that come in a variety of sizes ranging from D50 to D500. They are primarily used to tighten pipelines such as oil and gas pipelines, ventilation pipes, and so on
Đặc điểm cùm cổ dê (Đai siết cổ dê)
- There are two main components to the hose clamp structure:
+ The portion of the belt that directly hugs the pipe and presses against the tube is this one. This belt section will be subject to the force of the pipe-tightening and diameter-narrowing tightening part.
+ Tightening part: As its name implies, this component is used to secure the pipe's shackle. One goat neck lock and one special screw are included with this part. The belt diameter can be widened or shrunk using this screw.
- Stainless steel, which is more resistant to corrosion, rust, and bearing capacity than regular steel, is typically used to make hose clamps. Tightening belts can still be made from other, less common metal materials, but they won't have the same anti-corrosion properties as stainless steel.
- SUS 201, SUS 304, and SUS 316, which are interchangeable with stainless steel 201, stainless steel 304, and stainless steel 316, are the three common steel grades used in stainless steel fabrication.
- 201Hose clamps: These are less expensive than the other two types and have a higher load capacity. However, the anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties are inadequate.
- 304 Hose clamps: The most common type on the market. Because of its high corrosion resistance and bearing capacity.
- 316 Hose clamps: These are commonly used in chemical and seawater environments. Because of its outstanding benefit as an anti-oxidant.

Application of Hose clamps
- Hose clamps were created to take the place of duct tapes, which are prone to peeling over time. It will be simpler to assemble two pipes and will increase their service life to use a tightening belt.
- Hose clamps are frequently used when installing ventilation pipes, home appliances, toilet equipment, oil pipelines, oil tanks, compressed air pipes, etc.
