Flat Washer

Characteristic

–  The Flat Washer is commonly divided into two sides: smooth and non-smooth. The non-smooth side will come into contact with the structure to be linked, while the smoother side will come into contact with the stainless steel nut or bolt head. This specification should be used correctly to prevent the temple rod from rotating during construction in order to avoid scratching the surface of the structure to be bonded.

- Surface tolerances and dimensional Gray plate flat washers meet ISO 7089 or GB/T 3103.

- The standard size of the normal flat long temple is manufactured, but it can also be processed according to the drawing requirements.

- The inner hole diameter is also manufactured in accordance with the standard or can be machined in accordance with the drawing requirements.

- Common durability level 4.6 - 6.6.

Application of Flat Washer

It can be seen that the main task of the bolt is to ensure uniform distribution of the force transmitted from the static/dynamic load to the bolt, the second most important task is to ensure that the tightening force on the bolt/nut does not destroy the wear and deformation of the equipment surface over time under the action of static/dynamic loads, and the third important task is to make maintenance easy.

- For structures that must be linked with large sizes, black wool can be used on both the lower and upper faces of the structure.
